Senior Finance Manager, Corp FP&A

About the role

Amazon seeks a talented and motivated Senior Finance Manager to play a critical role on the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (Corp FP&A) team. This is a highly visible role responsible for driving the reporting and insights of Amazon's consolidated financial results, including the Profit and Loss (PnL), Free Cash Flow (FCF), and headcount metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Company PnL, FCF, and headcount reporting for all Plan, Forecast, and Actual reporting cycles
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and insights to the CFO
• Prepare financial summaries and insights for executive leadership, including the CEO, S-Team, and Board of Directors, for planning cycles
• Oversee external reporting deliverables, including the MD&A section of SEC filings
• Drive process improvement initiatives focused on streamlining and automating financial reporting
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
• Ad hoc reporting and insights as needed and requested from executive leaders

Qualifications

• 12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 8+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 7+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 10+ members experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
