We are seeking a Senior Finance Director to lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making for a growing manufacturing and production company headquartered in Boston, MA. This role will partner with senior leadership to drive business performance and support continued growth.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a manufacturing and production company in Boston, MA.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and operational performance analysis.
• Develop and mentor the finance team while providing key business insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within the manufacturing and production industry.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and business partnering.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in or willing to work in Boston, MA.
