Senior Finance Associate – Partner Investments

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of financial statements (U.S. GAAP), capital statements, and related supporting schedules
• Aid in external auditors' annual financial statement audits
• Manage the treasury function, including daily cash management
• Aid in the preparation and review of tax workpapers for external tax preparers
• Prepare and oversee general and personalized reporting summaries
• Evaluate processes end to end and leverage technology for efficiency and accuracy
• Manage and supervise staff effectively
• Collaborate with team members on new initiatives and services

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience in the financial services industry
• Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to handle confidential information

Pay

Salary: $95,000 – $110,000, Plus Bonus
