- 7+ years across strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with meaningful time spent partnering with or analyzing GTM organizations
- Excellent financial modeling skills and fluency in SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR/GRR, pipeline coverage, sales capacity and productivity
- An AI-first builder mentality: reaching for automation before manual work and being proactive in defining the future of the finance function
- Strong executive communication: turning messy, ambiguous questions into clear answers that influence leaders' decisions
- A self-starter operating style for ambiguous, cross-functional work: comfortable with imperfect information and able to develop strategies independently
