Senior Finance Analytics Manager | United States | Remote

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $143,759 – $172,511 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data teams to build and optimize corporate data architecture
• Develop and maintain production-quality dashboards and scalable data products
• Create advanced analytical models to derive insights from customer behaviors and market trends
• Transform complex data findings into structured narratives for executive decision-making
• Lead cross-functional projects to develop relevant datasets and provide ongoing enablement to business teams
• Manage urgent data analysis requests while ensuring data integrity through rigorous QA processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate or financial analytics, or a related quantitative field, ideally in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
• Advanced SQL skills with a track record of writing complex queries for data mining
• 3+ years of experience in building dashboards using platforms like Looker or Tableau; experience with the company is a plus
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL process development, and modern data warehouse systems, especially BigQuery or Snowflake
• Familiarity with systems like NetSuite and Salesforce for understanding financial data flows
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex analyses into clear narratives for senior leadership
• Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills, with knowledge of core SaaS metrics
