Finance Data & Analytics Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Articulate and execute data & analytics vision for Finance and Accounting
• Partner with FP&A, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and others to ensure data accuracy
• Lead exploration of financial, customer, and sales data for insights
• Spearhead AI solutions to enhance decision-making and efficiency
• Deliver actionable recommendations based on data analysis
• Facilitate completion of data insight initiatives with stakeholders
• Develop deep understanding of data sources and lineage within the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting processes
• Prior experience driving Data Strategy and Governance adoption
• Experience managing a team focused on member development
• Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to handle large data volumes
