About the role
You will support the Cell Culture Media Product team and leadership in planning, reporting, and analyzing sales, orders, and standard margin for the business. This on-site position reports to the Cell Culture Media Senior Director of Finance and is part of the CCM Finance team located in Marlborough, MA or Logan, UT.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, leaders, and commercial teams to provide top-line analytics, including top customer sales trends, weekly and monthly projections, and bookings and funnel reviews.
- Collaborate with pricing and costing teams to drive margin expansion and improve overall business profitability.
- Assist in assembling weekly and monthly forecasts, financial reports, and annual budget setting.
- Drive data analysis, ad hoc solutions, and business case development for key projects and their impact on business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- A minimum of five (5) years of financial work experience, including developing forecasts and operating plans and leading business/finance reviews.
- Experience successfully driving cross-functional project improvements within broader business operations.
- Ability to work with big data, extract key insights, identify problems and trends, and present findings.
- Experience working across multiple functions and regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, MBA, or MS in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- Ability to operate and navigate within a matrixed environment.
- Strong influencing skills across business functions; confidence to approach business leaders with difficult messages and defend positions.

Pay
The annual salary range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
