Senior Field Technician
About the role
NV5's Bakersfield, CA office is seeking Senior Field Technicians with experience in one or more of the following: soil inspection and testing, reinforced concrete masonry, spray-applied fireproofing, structural steel/welding inspection, or non-destructive testing.
Qualifications
Candidates should have one or more of the following certifications:
- ACI Level I Field Technician
- ICC reinforced concrete
- AWS CWI
- ICC Structural Masonry
- ICC Fireproofing
- ICC Structural Steel Bolting or Welding
- Certified welding inspector or NDT (ultrasonic, magnetic-particle or liquid penetrant)
DSA Structural Masonry Inspectors are highly sought. Caltrans Certifications through JTCP and Field Certifications are also valued.
Pay
The pay range for this California position is $20.00–$35.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
