About the role

The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in the field, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a timely manner
• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve service requests
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in a field service technician role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
