About the role
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in the field.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues on-site
- Perform preventative maintenance checks
- Communicate with customers to resolve service requests
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in a similar field preferred
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Understanding of HVAC systems
