About the role

The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in the field, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various types of equipment and machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide support
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills
