The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML following specific rules. Let me analyze the content and structure it appropriately. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. About the role / Purpose of Position 2. Supervisory Responsibilities (but it says "no supervisory responsibilities" - should I include this? The rules say include section ONLY when posting has real specific content. This is a statement, so maybe include as a short paragraph) 3. Essential Functions (list of duties) 4. Competencies (list) 5. Education and Experience (requirements) 6. Physical/Mental/Environmental (this has subsections: Physical Demands, Lifting, Vision, Travel, Mental Demands, Environment) 7. Why Join IEM (benefits/culture) 8. There's also boilerplate at the end: Recruiting Scams, Non-Discrimination, Privacy, AI Use - these should be removed per rules. The rules: use

for section headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. Don't repeat job title as heading. Don't put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate. Include section ONLY when real specific content - no filler. No Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless stated. The posting mentions "comprehensive and competitive benefits package" with a link - that's a benefits mention, but not detailed. The rules say never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It states "We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being, growth, and long-term success. View a snapshot of our benefits at https://www.iemfg.com/careers" - that's a mention but not detailed. I think we should include a Benefits section with that info? The rules: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits, albeit briefly. I'll include a Benefits section with that paragraph. Also, there's no Pay or Schedule mentioned specifically. Travel is mentioned under Physical/Mental/Environmental. Now, structure: - About the role (or Purpose of Position) - prose - Supervisory Responsibilities - short prose - Essential Functions - list - Competencies - list - Education and Experience - list (or mixed) - Physical/Mental/Environmental - this has multiple subsections. Could make each a sub-list under a main heading? The rules say use

    for section headings. Could have

    Physical/Mental/Environmental

    then subsections as

    ? But rules only mention

for section headings. Might keep as one section with sub-lists. I'll use

    for Physical/Mental/Environmental and then use
for each category with bold labels? Or separate

      for each? The rules: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So they expect top-level sections. Physical/Mental/Environmental could be one section with sub-items as list items with bold labels. Better: make each major category a separate

? But the example includes "Requirements, Qualifications, Skills" as separate. Here we have Education and Experience, Physical Demands, etc. I'll group Physical/Mental/Environmental as one section with sub-lists. Let's draft:

      About the role

      ...purpose paragraph...

      Supervisory responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
