Senior Field Sales Enablement Manager

The Senior Field Sales Enablement Manager will increase seller productivity by communicating company-wide updates and programs to assigned territories. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to identify areas of opportunity within each region and help train and support for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Package and deliver effective training and communication to the field, providing details of national programs from Sales Enablement, Marketing, Learning, COI, or new Product Launches & Releases, including Marketing, Product, Finance, Technology, and Service.
  • Provide comprehensive sales process support to the field, demonstrating proficiency in Paycor’s sales process and offering best practices for improvement.
  • Partner with ASVPs to ensure new seller success, collaborating with Learning and Development and Marketing.
  • Partner with Marketing to deliver scalable regional campaigns, case studies, and drops.
  • Leverage insights from Revenue Operations to identify and train on regional weaknesses.
  • Support COI Programs and process excellence with proficiency in Broker best practices.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement leadership on budget for events; work with Sales Leaders on effective usage and processing.
  • Understand and communicate internal Paycor processes, including discount, RFPs, Paycor Care, Product, Legal, and order administration; partner closely with Paycor Care for scalable processes.
  • Utilize field feedback to identify top barriers to selling.
  • Model sales behavioral excellence, demonstrating best-in-class Paycor sales behavior in all interactions with the field and leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in business (preferred).
  • 8+ years in Sales experience.
  • 3+ years in field enablement and/or marketing experience.
  • Record of thinking outside the box to drive results.
  • Superior organizational and operational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a SaaS organization (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo (preferred).

Pay

The starting base pay range for this position is $71,890–$112,970 annually. Total compensation will be determined based on geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
