We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the team, About the role, Responsibilities? Actually we have content: "About The Team" paragraph, then "About The Role" with bullet list (starting with "Lead the design..." then bullet points). Also we have location remote info, pay ranges for certain states, equity eligibility, etc. Also "Who you are" qualifications list. Also "Get to know us" about company. Also EEO boilerplate etc which we must remove. Also we must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must include sections only when there is real specific content. So we need sections: About the team, About the role, Responsibilities (maybe the bullet list under About the role could be responsibilities), Requirements/Qualifications (the "Who you are" list), Benefits? There's mention of equity awards, base pay range, etc. Pay and Benefits: we have base pay ranges for certain states, equity awards eligibility, mention of not being paid below exempt threshold. That's pay info. Should we create a Pay section? Yes, because posting states base pay range and equity. So we can include Pay section with those details. Benefits? Not explicit benefits besides equity; maybe we can include equity under Pay or Benefits. The instruction: Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits into one section? But they said use headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule separately if content exists. Since we have pay info, we can make a Pay section. Benefits: equity awards could be considered benefit; but we could put equity under Pay as part of compensation. Might be okay to have Pay section covering base pay and equity. Schedule: remote position info (remote). That's schedule/location info. Could make a Schedule section with remote details. Or we could incorporate remote info under About the role? Better to have Schedule section for remote work details. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific pay ranges, so okay. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Get to know us" maybe? That's substantive about company; we could keep as a section "About Zillow" or similar. But headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Not "About the company". However we could incorporate that into About the team? Not exactly. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not limited to those. So we can add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. The "Get to know us" is about company culture; could be considered "About the team"? Not really. Could be omitted? It's substantive but not required headings. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit it. So we need to include it somewhere. Could make a section "About Zillow" using

. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings. So we can add About Zillow. Similarly "About The Team" we can keep as About the team. Thus sections: About the team, About the role, Responsibilities (maybe we can merge About the role description with responsibilities; but we have a lead sentence then bullet list. Could treat About the role as overview and Responsibilities as bullet list. We'll do that. Requirements/Qualifications: "Who you are" list. Skills: maybe not explicit separate list; we could omit. Benefits: equity awards maybe; but we already have Pay. Could combine. Pay: base pay ranges and equity. Schedule: remote position details. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove those paragraphs. Let's extract content: About The Team paragraph: "The Senior Specialist, Frontline Support, Enablement empowers Zillow’s sales teams by designing and delivering enablement programs, training, and resources that drive seller effectiveness and business results. This role leads cross-functional initiatives to streamline onboarding, continuous learning, and sales playbooks, ensuring sellers have the tools and knowledge needed to excel. Operating with high autonomy, the Senior Specialist partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to identify gaps, optimize processes, and enhance the adoption and impact of enablement strategies." About The Role: starts with "Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of sales enablement programs—including playbooks, tools, and resources—to support effective prospecting, pipeline management, and deal execution." Then bullet list (each starts with -). We'll capture those bullets. Then after bullet list: "This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $103,500.00 - $165,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside." Then "Who you are" bullet list: Bachelor’s degree ... - 8+ years ... - Proven experience ... - Experience working cross-functionally ... - Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Then "Get to know us" paragraph about Zillow mission, recognition, etc. Then EEO boilerplate etc to remove. Also Los Angeles County applicants paragraph about job duties and criminal history etc. That's likely legal boilerplate; we should remove as per instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The LA County paragraph seems like a legal disclosure; likely remove. Thus we keep: About the team, About the role overview, Responsibilities (bullets), Who you are (qualifications), Get to know us (company info), Pay (base pay ranges + equity), Schedule (remote details). Possibly also Benefits? Equity could be under Pay. We'll output HTML with
