Senior Field Marketing Manager, Enterprise

About The Role
As a Verkada Field Marketing Manager, you are the "CMO" for our Enterprise business line and an essential part of the overall Go-To-Market team. You will define the strategic direction of our Enterprise sales segment and own the marketing and demand generation efforts needed to build pipeline. Your contributions will directly impact millions of dollars of pipeline created from the largest companies globally. This role is open to any location.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main counterpart to sales leadership and "CMO" of your aligned segment, ensuring pipeline goals required to hit revenue targets are met
- Execute best-in-class regional and local campaigns, both direct and with partners, including Verkada-hosted events, regional trade shows, local webinars, and other tactics to hit pipeline goals
- Execute account-based marketing programs on behalf of sales and demonstrate to reps how they can run program elements independently
- Drive local, high-touch thought leadership and customer executive collaboration and community on physical security and cloud topics
- Advise the corporate and broader demand generation hub on developing, planning, executing, and measuring impactful demand generation and marketing campaigns
- Work with top channel partners to develop their overall marketing and customer engagement approach
- Collaborate with Product Marketers to build positioning, messaging, customer advocacy, and assets for our Global segment
Requirements
- 7-12 years of B2B marketing experience with 3+ years in Enterprise Marketing
- Strong ability to logistically execute multiple concurrent events requiring effective pre/during/post motions and cross-functional communication
- Experience working with channel or strategic partners to plan and execute successful programs
- Ability to qualitatively and quantitatively develop an understanding of key personas driving the procurement process and Verkada’s value proposition
- Proven ability to act as an advisor and peer to sales leadership
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to execute in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Track record of executing creative or out-of-the-box event and demand generation programs
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time (1-2 days a week on average)

Pay
Estimated Annual Pay Range: $120,000—$180,000 USD (comprised of base compensation and commissions, if applicable). Additional forms of compensation may include sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs).
