Responsibilities

  • Strategic Regional Vision & Planning: Design, own, and execute the annual and long-term regional field marketing strategy. This includes a blended, high-impact portfolio of major physical events (e.g., trade shows, executive dinners) and scalable digital programs (e.g., localized webinars), with a focus on markets like DACH, UK, France, and the Nordics.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Acceleration: Serve as the strategic partner to Sales and Regional leadership, architecting sophisticated programs that deliver high-quality, high-velocity leads and critically accelerate the most complex deal cycles.
  • Program Leadership & Budget Ownership: Own the full program lifecycle from high-level strategic concept through to flawless execution and post-mortem analysis. This includes negotiating multi-year vendor contracts, managing a significant regional budget, and ensuring all spend is optimized for maximum ROI.
  • Localization & Market Advocacy: Lead the effort to adapt, localize, and advocate for global campaigns and content, ensuring superior cultural relevance and messaging resonance. Serve as the voice of the regional customer to Product, Content, and Global Marketing teams.
  • Omnichannel Strategy & Execution: Develop and drive sophisticated, integrated promotion strategies across a multi-channel mix (email, social, paid digital, sales enablement) to consistently exceed attendance and engagement targets for all regional initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting: Establish, track, and relentlessly optimize a set of critical business KPIs. Leverage deep analytical skills using Salesforce, Looker, and other platforms to deliver strategic, board-level insights and definitively prove the revenue impact of all regional programs.
  • Cross-Functional Strategic Partnership: Act as a senior liaison, collaborating closely with Product, Content, Creative, and Sales leadership to secure buy-in and resources, ensuring a unified and high-quality GTM effort tailored to regional needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6-8+ years of progressive experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, or program management, with a proven track record in the SaaS or high-growth tech industry.
  • Language Skills: Native-level fluency in [region] and impeccable English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Regional Expertise: Expert-level understanding of the [region] B2B marketing landscape, key vertical trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot, combined with advanced experience managing enterprise-level webinar/event platforms (e.g., ON24, Zoom, Swoogo, Cvent).
  • Program Leadership: Demonstrated ability to autonomously lead and prioritize complex, multi-format regional programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, requiring exceptional attention to detail and a strategic, outcome-oriented mindset.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel (approximately 40-50%) for onsite event execution, strategic meetings, and team collaboration across the region.
