About the role
This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within an operationally complex logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the North America events calendar, including diverse formats
- Identify high-ROI events and prioritize opportunities to drive pipeline
- Handle end-to-end logistics for events, including vendor management
- Scale and develop the company’s owned event strategy in North America
- Build and execute regional demand generation campaigns to support sales
- Establish co-marketing programs with key partners to broaden reach
- Collaborate with Sales for effective pre- and post-event enablement
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of field or regional marketing experience in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services
- Proven record of successfully scaling North America field marketing programs
- Deep expertise in event marketing across various formats
- Strong demand generation skills with accountability for pipeline goals
- Data-driven with experience in reporting and optimizing marketing performance
- Excellent project management abilities for managing multiple simultaneous programs
- Strong communicator who builds trust with Sales, Partners, and stakeholders

Pay
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
