Senior Federal Compliance Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Federal Compliance Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will own key compliance activities supporting highly regulated federal and government-facing environments, with a strong focus on security authorizations, continuous monitoring, and audit readiness. The position will partner closely with engineering teams to translate complex requirements into practical controls and operational processes. It will also serve as a central point of contact for auditors and external stakeholders while helping strengthen the organization’s overall security compliance posture. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead compliance assessments for IL4 and IL5 authorizations Maintain compliance with FedRAMP High and NIST SP 800-53 Translate compliance requirements for engineering teams Oversee internal audits and continuous monitoring programs Act as the primary contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies Respond to security questionnaires and vendor assessments Develop compliance policies and deliver training to employees Qualifications 3-5+ years in GRC, Security Compliance, or a similar role Expertise in DoW CC SRG (IL4/IL5), FedRAMP High/Moderate, and NIST SP 800-53 frameworks Experience with AWS security compliance tools and environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience Benefits Inclusive team culture promoting diversity Numerous career development opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment Flexible vacation policy and generous parental leave Health, vision, and dental insurance for employees and their families Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
