Senior Family Law Associate Attorney | 49.3%–54.3% of Collected Fees
Senior Associate Attorney
Beal Law Firm is a respected family law practice with over 150 years of combined legal experience. Founded by Eric D. Beal, a Board Certified Family Law specialist, the firm represents clients in high-stakes and complex divorce, custody, and family law matters across the DFW Metroplex and throughout Texas.
Exceptional Senior-Associate Compensation
Our Senior Associates receive total compensation equal to 49.3% to 54.3% of their billed-and-collected fees. On average, they earn more than 48% of all fees they bill, regardless of collection rates. This is a real, established compensation model, not hypothetical upside. Skilled, productive attorneys have a meaningful opportunity to control their income while practicing with flexibility and strong support.
