About the role
We are seeking Family Law Associate Attorneys and Senior Family Law Attorneys to join our expanding family law practice in Spokane, Washington. This opportunity allows you to contribute to the growth of a new office within an established and respected firm.
Responsibilities
- Manage family law litigation matters from start to finish
- Conduct hearings, settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and related legal documents
- Manage discovery and case strategy
- Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards
Requirements
We are looking for experienced Family Law Attorneys with at least 3+ years of experience in Washington State. Active Washington State Bar license is required. Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills are essential. Experience managing family law cases independently and strong organizational skills are also important.
Qualifications
We value professionalism, compassion, and a client-focused approach. Interest in helping establish, run, and grow a Spokane-area office is a plus.
Skills
Proficiency in legal technology and case management software is preferred.

Pay
Total annual earnings for attorneys commonly range from $80,000 to $150,000+ depending on experience, productivity, and billable hours. Additional performance-based bonus opportunities are available for attorneys who exceed annual billing goals.
