Senior Facility Specialist

Skill Requirements

• Experience in facility maintenance, manufacturing, or a related technical environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage programs, analyze data, and improve processes
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (e.g., eMaint)

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical training or education in building maintenance or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of facility systems and equipment (preferred)
• Experience supporting continuous improvement or TPM initiatives (preferred)
• Project management experience or certification (preferred)
