- Experience in facility maintenance, manufacturing, or a related technical environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs, analyze data, and improve processes
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (e.g., eMaint)
Minimum Qualifications
- Technical training or education in building maintenance or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of facility systems and equipment (preferred)
- Experience supporting continuous improvement or TPM initiatives (preferred)
- Project management experience or certification (preferred)
