Responsibilities
- Oversee facilities operations including soft services, janitorial, HVAC, and life safety systems
- Manage critical infrastructure and ensure operational resilience
- Lead and develop a team of facilities professionals
- Develop and manage operating budgets and financial forecasts
- Serve as the primary client liaison for facilities-related matters
- Cook up and manage preventive maintenance programs and vendor contracts
- Conduct regular property inspections and risk assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- 7 years of progressive facilities management experience, with 3 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in building systems like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety
- Experience with specialized systems such as laboratory HVAC and cleanroom environments
- Proven track record managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Excellent client relationship management abilities and strong communication skills

Pay
$200,000 – $221,000 annually
