Senior Facilities Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations in industrial spaces including office, production, manufacturing, and test support.
- Scope MEP work as the space evolves and changes.
- Project manage capital improvement projects from pre-construction to customer handover.
- Collaborate with equipment owners on future equipment moves and planning.
- Develop and maintain facilities SOPs and documentation.
- Manage, coach, and develop facilities staff.
- Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, water tanks, emergency generators, and other infrastructure repairs.
- Assist Workplace Manager as required.
- Create a positive company culture by aligning with senior leadership and promoting a customer-focused environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience supporting day-to-day operations and projects in aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar manufacturing facilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing people and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of asset life cycle and budgeting.
- Technical training in plant engineering or maintenance, or comparable professional experience.
- Proficient in CMMS and ERM software.
- Experience managing preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with forklifts, aerial lifts, gantry and overhead cranes, and hoists.
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in managing EHS in a facility.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects; analyze and interpret data; develop solutions to complex issues.
- Independent worker capable of working with ambiguity and driving outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Strong attention to detail and 100% compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Ability and willingness to handle emergencies outside of normal working hours.
- Physical capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations, applicable building codes, NFPA, and NEC.
- U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
Pay
The US Salary Range for this role is $111,000 - $147,000 USD. The salary range is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
