With over 9 million clients and 20,000 financial advisors across the U.S. and Canada, we’re proud to be privately-owned, placing the focus on our clients rather than shareholder returns. Behind everything we do is our purpose: We partner for positive impact to improve the lives of our clients and colleagues, and together, better our communities and society.

About the Role

With more than 15,000 branch locations across North America, Branch Real Estate (BRE) plays a critical role in creating and maintaining the environments where our financial advisors serve clients every day. • Monitor industry and workplace design trends to identify opportunities that enhance branch performance and support evolving business needs.
  • Serve as a champion for change, promoting Edward Jones brand standards, design principles, and workplace strategies across the field.
  • Exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making while influencing stakeholders and driving successful adoption of real estate and design initiatives.
