Senior Export Integration Specialist
Serco has an opportunity for a Senior Export Integration Specialist supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO). In this role, you will provide senior-level export integration and compliance support to a Department of Defense (DoD) customer, helping integrate complex actions across one of the nation's most important international defense programs.
About the role
You will leverage your knowledge of export-related processes, international program support, and stakeholder coordination to collaborate with government, contractor, and partner stakeholders. Your work will ensure timely execution of export integration activities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance across program deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level support for export integration activities, documentation, coordination, and process execution.
- Review and coordinate complex export-related packages, correspondence, trackers, reports, and supporting materials.
- Work with government, Serco, contractor, and partner-facing stakeholders to support the timely completion of export integration actions.
- Support meetings, briefings, data calls, leadership updates, and recurring reporting associated with export integration activities.
- Identify process gaps, risk areas, and opportunities to improve export integration workflows and documentation quality.
- Provide experienced guidance to support accurate, timely, and compliant export integration execution.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance; active TS/SCI clearance preferred and utilized within the last two years.
- Master’s degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience related to export integration, export compliance, international programs, or related Department of Defense (DoD) compliance functions.
- Senior-level experience supporting export integration, export compliance, international programs, or related DoD compliance functions.
- Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and manage complex, deadline-driven actions.
- Must be able to work on-site in the Arlington, Virginia office Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Skills
- Experience supporting Department of Defense international programs.
- Knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
- Experience preparing reports, briefings, executive-level communications, and status updates.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple actions simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across government, contractors, and partner organizations.

Pay
The salary range for this position is provided as a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate across all experience levels. Actual base salary will be determined by factors including scope of the role, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, education, key skills, and geographic market considerations. For roles available in multiple states, the range may vary to reflect differences in local labor markets. Eligible positions may also include annual bonuses or long-term incentive opportunities.
Schedule
This is an on-site position in Arlington, Virginia, with a standard business hours schedule, Monday through Friday.
This position supports military customers and mission-critical Department of Defense activities. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
