Responsibilities

• Global strategy and local execution
• Compliance with Standards and guidelines
• Quality Management and Assurance
• Learning & Development
• Contributing to other Operations Support activities: Fraud Prevention and Management, Leakage Control, Operations Analytics

Qualifications

• Quality and Data certification recommended
• Experience in business Operations, quality & support processes in large organizations
• Warrantedly experience if applying externally
• Proficiency in Excel and other telephony tools
• Fluent English and / or any other EU language desirable
