Senior Experiential Creator – FT Direct Hire, Agency Experience

About the role

We are seeking a highly conceptual and culturally attuned Senior Experiential Creator to join a creative team focused on developing compelling brand experiences and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop original ideas into cohesive experience frameworks
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to both 2D and 3D designers
• Present ideas through visuals, narrative, and presentations to internal teams, clients, and during pitch processes
• Conceptualize and design with content capture and social amplification in mind
• Utilize AI tools as part of the creative process, including concept development, visual exploration, and idea generation
• On-site art direction experience, including areas such as set dressing, prop curation, tablescaping, and installation direction

Requirements

• 6+ years of conceptual creative experience, with a strong focus on brand experiences and live events
• Agency experience is required
• A genuine interest in beauty, culture, and aesthetics, with a strong point of view on what resonates in these spaces
• Absolutely strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop original ideas into cohesive experience frameworks
• Strong presentation skills and confidence presenting to internal teams, clients, and during pitch processes
• A practical understanding of budgets and how to concept within production realities
• A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly creative environments
• Excited by the evolving role of AI in creative development
