About the opportunity

MOHR Talent is expanding its internal recruiting team in Miami due to an abundance of active job orders and new searches. They are looking for another strong recruiter to join their team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own full-cycle recruiting on national searches
• Source and attract talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outbound outreach
• Run high-quality screens and interviews to qualify skills, motivation, and compensation alignment
• Manage pipelines with urgency: follow-ups, scheduling, feedback loops, and candidate closing
• Keep ATS/notes organized so searches move quickly and cleanly
• Partner with leadership and the team to prioritize openings and hit hiring timelines

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of agency recruiting experience (direct hire or contract — either works)
• Strong candidate control: you can drive process, maintain pace, and close
• High activity + high standards (you’re productive, but not sloppy)
• Organized and process-driven — you don’t let candidates go dark
• Able to work the Miami hybrid schedule (4 onsite / 1 remote)
