About the role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting and a passion for diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet company goals
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in recruiting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of ATS systems and ability to use them effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of legal compliance in recruiting and employment practices
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
