Senior/Executive Director, Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic direction through clear presentations
• Lead strategic analyses for program evaluation
• Prepare strategy for US commercialization of encaleret
• Deliver executive-level presentations for various stakeholders
• Create visually appealing corporate materials for diverse dialogues
• Tailor presentations to audience needs
• Support corporate development and ensure global access for Encaleret

Qualifications

• Preferred higher degree (M.B.A., M.D., or Ph.D.)
• 2-5 years in management consulting or related fields
• Experience in new product commercialization is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and scientific acumen
• Proficient in financial modeling (DCF models)
• Understanding of drug development life cycles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
