About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our Boston team. The ideal candidate will support the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in a dynamic, fast-paced global scaling environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, fast-moving calendars with a highly proactive approach, optimizing both executives' time, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring key business and revenue projects progress smoothly.
  • Maintain open, clear communication loops with the CEO and CRO, keeping leadership effortlessly informed and aligned in real time across different time zones.
  • Oversee intricate domestic and international travel logistics, ensuring seamless, end-to-end itineraries optimized for critical board meetings and global client engagements.
  • Join key leadership and revenue meetings to capture critical action items, organize global all-hands and executive on-sites, and help facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Engage with relevant Slack channels to help maintain team organization, track cross-functional deliverables, share executive reminders, and keep global regional teams connected.
  • Partner with our Europe-based Workplace Experience team to keep the Boston office welcoming and functional, while organizing engaging local events that bring our Boston team together.

Requirements

You must have proven experience supporting C-level executives (ideally a CEO and/or Go-To-Market/Revenue leader) in a dynamic, fast-paced global scaling environment. You should understand how to partner effectively with leadership and navigate complex corporate and commercial priorities.

  • You don't wait for a to-do list. You are a strategic self-starter who looks ahead, anticipates potential roadblocks, asks clarifying questions early, and takes pride in driving successful outcomes for the executive office.
  • You welcome feedback as a tool for continuous improvement (especially regarding complex scheduling and intricate travel logistics) and adapt gracefully to evolving priorities in a high-growth environment.
  • A high cognitive bandwidth with the ability to switch gears smoothly between high-level corporate governance and fast-paced sales operations, managing multiple priorities in parallel without breaking a sweat.
  • You genuinely care about the craftsmanship of your work, the success of the executives you support, and the overarching mission of the company.

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

US Pay Range: $123,000—$154,000 USD

Schedule

This role is in-person (Monday - Friday) in our Boston Office to ensure seamless, real-time collaboration.
