About the OpportunityThe organization is a non-profit dedicated to the adoption, decentralization, and security of a high-performance blockchain network. This network delivers a fast and friendly user experience without sacrificing security. The organization is working to realize a world where individuals own their data, use permissionless networks, and transfer information and value freely around the world. Talented people who are willing to jump right in and use their expertise to help the ecosystem build are sought. This role is for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to support two of the Technology organization's leaders: the VP of Engineering and the Chief Information Security Officer. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role at the center of two fast-moving, high-stakes functions. The individual will serve as the connective tissue that keeps both leaders' worlds running smoothly — managing calendars, coordinating communication across a wide range of people and tools, and ensuring nothing important slips through the cracks. Confidentiality is non-negotiable in this role: the individual will regularly be trusted with sensitive engineering and security information and expected to handle it with total discretion. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, unflappable when priorities shift, and confident coordinating across many channels and stakeholders at once. They communicate in a clear, direct, no-fluff way, and they take ownership — when something needs to get done or needs to be surfaced for a decision, people can count on them to make that happen. Preferred QualificationsSome technical fluency or comfort with engineering/security concepts and terminology — not required, but genuinely useful given the subject matter being coordinated around.Experience planning small-scale events (dinners, offsites, team gatherings).Familiarity with modern productivity and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Zoom, etc.). Who You AreOrganized to the core, with reliability as a reputation — people trust that what's needed will either get done or get flagged.Discreet by default. Confidentiality isn't something to think about; it's how the individual operates.A clear communicator — direct, concise, and easy to understand, whether in a Slack message or a meeting recap.Thrives on coordination — juggling multiple people, channels, and moving pieces without losing track of any of them.Calm under shifting priorities and comfortable supporting more than one leader without dropping the ball on either.
