Senior Executive Assistant – Investor Relations & Strategic Finance

Responsibilities
- Deliver sophisticated administrative partnership to the SVP, managing complex 3- to 6-month calendar cycles and domestic/international travel logistics.
- Orchestrate high-stakes logistics for quarterly earnings releases, including WAR room setups, catering, IT/Security support, and callback scheduling.
- Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for domestic/international Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs), investor lunches, C-suite dinners, and HQ investor bus tours.
- Manage conference logistics, executive registrations, virtual meeting platforms, and briefing book distribution.
- Direct primary IR communication channels, triaging shareholder/analyst inquiries while maintaining strict adherence to legal protocols.
- Oversee high-volume CRM data entry within Nasdaq IR Insight to maintain accurate records of investor engagements.
- Utilize enterprise AI tools (Gemini Enterprise, NotebookLM) and automated workflows to optimize productivity and documentation.
- Execute SAP Ariba workflows, including vendor onboarding, Purchase Orders, invoice reconciliation, and expense auditing.
- Direct logistics for departmental offsites, administrative summits, and high-profile team events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, including Vice President and/or Senior Vice President leaders within a high tech, enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity company.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-performance environment while managing multiple competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing complex executive calendars, global travel, executive communications, and confidential business activities.
- Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), town halls, all-hands meetings, team events, and organizational activities.
- Executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to interact effectively with senior leaders, customers, and cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and operate with sound judgment and discretion.
- Highly organized with exceptional prioritization and project management skills.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and resilient, with the grit to navigate ambiguity and perform under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, enterprise calendaring tools, and expense management systems such as Concur.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Investor Relations or Strategic Finance environment.
- Nasdaq IR Insight experience.
Pay
The starting base salary for this position is expected to be in the range of $101,000.00 - $163,000.00 per year. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
