About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Executive Assistant to Chief of Staff and SVP, managing a complex calendar
  • Continuously improve the SVP's business rhythm, including team meetings and reviews
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing detailed agendas and decision logs
  • Manage travel logistics and troubleshoot issues, supporting key events
  • Act as a thought partner, optimizing the executive's time and focus
  • Build executive-level presentations and briefing documents using AI tools
  • Implement process improvements for administrative workflows across teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail in managing competing priorities
  • Proactive and resourceful, anticipating needs before they are communicated
  • Strong communication skills with sound judgment and discretion at all levels
  • Highly organized and adaptable, thriving in a fast-moving context
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools, including AI applications for drafting and summarizing
  • Skilled in creating polished, executive-ready presentations from rough notes

Pay

$100,000 – $140,000 annually
