Senior Executive Assistant - Everest
About the role
The Senior Executive Assistant is a trusted partner to our executive clients, providing thoughtful, reliable support where it matters most. In this role, you’ll work directly with executives, help manage their day-to-day priorities, and mentor other assistants, sharing your experience to help them grow and deliver great support by combining a personal touch with the right tools.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, thoughtful relationships with executives by understanding their unique needs and delivering support that feels personal and impactful.
- Anticipate challenges, solve problems before they arise, and communicate clearly with the right people at the right time.
- Work across teams to keep projects moving, manage details, and ensure deadlines are met without the stress.
- Share your knowledge and lead by example, helping other assistants grow with confidence and deliver exceptional, human-first support.
- Spot inefficiencies and thoughtfully improve systems, using both process and tech to free up time for what really matters.
- Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and follow-ups that support transparency and momentum.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of high-level executive support in roles like Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff.
- Skilled at navigating complex priorities, managing communication, and keeping things moving with ease and professionalism.
- Experience mentoring and guiding other Assistants, with a focus on growth, collaboration, and raising the bar for thoughtful, people-first support.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms, communication tools, CRMs, and financial systems to streamline work and boost efficiency.
- Strong judgment, proactive thinking, and the ability to stay one step ahead.

We offer a competitive package that rewards your experience and contributions. Salary: The starting annual compensation for this role is expected to be in the range of $90,000 to $130,000 +, commensurate with skills and relevant experience.
