Senior Executive Assistant
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like mission statement? The mission statement is part of description but not a section heading; we can include as prose under maybe About the role? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have content: "Our Mission ..." and "Your Impact on Our Mission" etc. That's more like About the role / description. Then "You’ll enjoy this role if you are…" list of traits. Then "Your day-to-day is…" list of duties. Then "You’ll be successful in this role if you have…" list of qualifications/requirements. Then "Time Expectations" includes schedule and hybrid. Then "Benefits" list. Then "NYC Base Salary Range $125,000—$160,000 USD" gives Pay. Also "Great Place to Work Certified" etc maybe not needed.
We need to avoid boilerplate: mission statement maybe considered part of About the role. We'll keep it.
We must not include duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. At end there is EEO statement and Job Applicant Privacy Notice - remove.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's structure:
About the role
About the role
Our Mission ... (the mission paragraph) ... Your Impact on Our Mission ... (the paragraph about EA role).
But we might split mission and impact into separate paragraphs. ThenResponsibilities
maybe corresponds to "Your day-to-day is…" list. ThenRequirements
maybe corresponds to "You’ll be successful in this role if you have…" list. ThenBenefits
list. ThenPay
with salary range. Schedule: we have "Time Expectations Regular Schedule - Monday- Friday 9-6 pmHybrid role with 4 days/week required onsite in our New York HQ". That's schedule info. So we can haveSchedule
with that. We might also include Skills? Not explicitly separate; but we could incorporate into Requirements. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. We must not include empty sections. Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: need to include details like "Full ownership of multiple calendars for our C-suite level leadership team", etc. Also "Collaborating closely with the broader EA team on projects and events...". Also "Understanding your executive's preferences...". Also "Managing meetings and schedules efficiently...". Also "Meeting management, including preparing agendas, taking notes, distributing action items, etc." Also "Assisting in scheduling and running high-profile meetings, including Executive off-sites, and ongoing staff meetings. This includes, but is not limited to, attendee communications and venue management/coordination". Also "Coordinating and overseeing complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including all necessary documentation". Also "Working with internal members on coordinating any health and tech-related conferences as needed". Also "Complete expense reports and manage company documents and contracts as needed". For Requirements: list items: "A minimum of 4-5 years experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior level executives", "Superb communication and relationship management skills! You believe in keeping your stakeholders in the loop and know that multiple communication mediums are the key to success", "Courage. You are able to know when to say yes and when to say no across various competing priorities", "You can handle sensitive and confidential information with high professionalism and discretion", "Humility. You believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure. You view this role as an opportunity to create positive change", "Passion for customer service, with the ability to adapt to various personalities and rapidly shifting priorities", "A compassionate but consultative and confident approach with a nothing-too-big, nothing-too-small attitude", "A fundamental understanding of urgency and a passion for getting results (we move fast around here!)". Also maybe "Guided by a strong EQ, autonomous, urgent, and creativeA highly motivated problem-solver who works well under pressurePassionate about organization and structure, but adaptable and resourceful when things changeThe kind of person who enjoys working with others and finding ways to collaborate effectivelyA strong and effective communicator across all mediums (in person, slack, email, phone)" That's from "You’ll enjoy this role if you are…" which could be considered Skills or personal traits. Could be part of Requirements or a separate Skills section. But we can incorporate into Requirements as well. We need to avoid duplication: The "You’ll enjoy this role if you are…" list is similar to traits; we can include them under Requirements or Skills. Since we already have many items, we can merge. We must not include boilerplate like "Great Place to Work Certified Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices..." etc. We can keep the salary range line. We must not include "About Us" etc? That's also boilerplate but maybe considered About the role? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "About Us" paragraph is substantive about company; could be included under About the role. But we already have mission and impact; we could add a brief about company. However we must avoid duplication; the mission already covers similar. The "About Us" paragraph is about Zocdoc being leading digital health marketplace etc. That's substantive; we could include under About the role as additional paragraph. But we need to be careful not to include EEO statement etc. We'll cut after "NYC Base Salary Range $125,000—$160,000 USD". After that there is "About Us" etc; we can include that as part of About the role maybe. But the instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Us" is not boilerplate; it's substantive. So we should keep it. Thus About the role section will contain: mission paragraph, impact paragraph, and About Us paragraph. Now we need to format lists: Use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
Thus:
About the role
Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you’re blocked. We’re here to give power to the patient. For nearly 20 years, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we’re going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc’s marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting. We don’t want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started.
Your Impact on Our Mission Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. An Executive Assistant serves as a trusted and valuable business partner to our leadership team. Their primary responsibility is to optimize and prioritize the leadership's time, ensuring the smooth execution of their goals. By working closely with the team, possessing excellent communication skills, delivering top-notch customer service, and fostering a strong relationship with leadership, this person guarantees that the executives can concentrate on high-yield strategic initiatives.
About Us Zocdoc is the country’s leading digital health marketplace that helps patients easily find and book the care they need. Each month, millions of patients use our free service to find nearby, in-network providers, compare choices based on verified patient reviews, and instantly book in-person or video visits online. Providers participate in Zocdoc’s Marketplace to reach new patients to grow their practice, fill their last-minute openings, and deliver a better healthcare experience. Founded in 2007 with a mission to give power to the patient, our work each day in pursuit of that mission is guided by our six core values. Zocdoc is a private company backed by some of the world’s leading investors, and we believe we’re still only scratching the surface of what we plan to accomplish. Zocdoc is a mission-driven organization dedicated to building teams as diverse as the patients and providers we aim to serve. In the spirit of one of our core values - Together, Not Alone, we are a company that prides itself on being highly collaborative, and we believe that diverse perspectives, experiences and contributors make our community and our platform better.
