Responsibilities
- Provide high impact support for a wide range of activities including organizational, administrative, and technical support.
- Lead administrative staff by developing and executing consistent procedures, practices, and standards.
- Work proactively in completing clerical and administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, calendar triage, managing scheduling and email, and travel arrangements.
- Increase efficiency and effectiveness by delegating, analyzing, anticipating, and strategically planning in your duties.
- Oversee daily operations and functions of the Kearney office.
- Perform back-up front desk receptionist duties (i.e., answering telephone, greeting guests, etc.) and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Associates degree or equivalent required.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum Experience: 6 years of experience in a Senior Administrative level, and 3 years’ experience managing others.
- Ability to work with a high level of organization.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strategic prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience with internal senior executives and external customers.
- Computer experience in a PC environment; ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and utilize other software.

Pay
The salary range for this position is TBD based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
