- Care for meeting logistics for customer, partner, and government visits, from attendee vetting to room/AV/Zoom setup and briefing materials
- Support flagship external events — Industry Summit, Unite, exec offsites, partner site visits, and brand activations — including on-the-ground coordination
- Manage expense reporting, corporate-card processes, and vendor/PO requests with sound judgment on SVP-level policy
Requirements
Experience supporting an SVP/C-level executive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, ideally within enterprise tech, industrial, or B2B settings
Experience supporting an externally facing, revenue- or GM-owning executive across customer, partner, and government-facing settings
Hands-on expertise coordinating international, multi-leg travel itineraries, visa logistics, and real-time disruption recovery
Fluency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Zoom, and Workday
Track record of independently drafting written and verbal communications on an executive’s behalf
Experience with Navan for travel booking; prior exposure to automotive, aerospace, healthcare, AEC, or public-sector-facing organizations; experience supporting brand/sponsorship activations (e.g., motorsport, major trade events)
