About the role

Purolator International is a leading U.S. based supply chain logistics solutions provider specializing in the air and ground forwarding of express, freight and parcel shipments, customs brokerage, and fulfillment and delivery services to, from and within North America. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and make a meaningful impact on how the organization operates at the highest levels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to C-suite leadership, anticipating needs and managing competing priorities
  • Analyze incoming communications, streamline information flow, and ensure executives are equipped for effective decision-making
  • Draft, prepare, and coordinate executive-level communications, reports, and briefing materials
  • Act as a trusted partner, helping to manage priorities, follow-ups, and key deliverables
  • Lead development and coordination of executive presentations (PowerPoint), in partnership with Communications, to ensure polished and high-impact materials
  • Support preparation for key forums (i.e. Connection Sessions, MBRs) with the goal of reducing executive prep time
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and manage end-to-end execution for meetings and events
  • Manage projects and administrative processes on behalf of executives, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
  • Cook up across departments and global stakeholders to facilitate alignment and execution
  • Build strong relationships to manage calendars, travel, and executive commitments seamlessly
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Support expense processing, invoice approvals, and general business operations needs
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for executive offices and interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Senior-level support across C-suite, senior IT leadership, and international partners
  • Flexible availability, including support outside standard business hours as needed
  • High level of autonomy with responsibility for prioritization and execution of work
  • Operates as a strategic enabler, not just administrative support

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of progressive administrative experience, including senior-level executive support
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams in a corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Pay

The base pay range for this role is $53,000 - $75,000. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on various factors such as job-related knowledge, and relevant skills and experience.

Schedule

Work Schedule: Hybrid (in-office Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday)
