This is an in-office role based in Pleasanton, California.
About the Role
Manage multiple executive calendars, priorities, and communications with precision and confidentiality. Prepare meeting materials and briefings for internal and external engagements. Track key initiatives and organizational goals, ensuring follow-through and alignment. Manage travel, expenses, and budget tracking efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Help with planning and content coordination for employee-facing events, external sessions, and team off-sites.
- Organize and execute team morale activities and leadership development events.
- Collaborate across functions and teams to gather and synthesize strategic insights.
- Partner with fellow Executive Assistants to share best practices, collaborate for the benefit of executives, and serve as an in-office point of contact.
- Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth communication and initiative alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Previous experience managing multiple executives is a plus.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to track complex initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work across organizational levels with tact and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable messaging.
- Strong discretion and judgment when handling confidential information.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.
Pay
Hiring range in USD from: $91,400 - $187,000 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
