Senior Executive Assistant
Primary Responsibilities
- Serves as Executive Assistant to Optum Medical - Executive Team (CMO and COO)
- Coordinates travel arrangements, new hire onboarding for executive leadership and other office management responsibilities for fast-paced, growing organization
- Manages leaders' calendars, travel, expenses, and key meetings
- Utilizes advanced experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and for internal and external meetings and communications
- Maintains a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Works effectively as an integral member of a team of administrative professionals
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of administrative experience in support of senior leaders (VP and higher) in a highly matrixed organization
- Advanced level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) to create and edit professional documents from scratch
- Advanced level experience in Microsoft Office Outlook for complex calendar management, scheduling meetings
- Experience in organizing meetings and troubleshooting in Microsoft Teams virtual meetings
- Experience coordinating office moves including hardware and software requisitions, travel arrangements, new hire onboarding and other office management responsibilities
- Reside within a commutable distance from Lake Success, NY office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of the health care industry
- Proven excellent interpersonal communication skills
Pay and Benefits
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
