About the role
This highly visible and trusted position serves as a strategic partner to the President and Board of Trustees, helping ensure the effective operation of the President’s Office while supporting institutional leadership, governance, and key initiatives that impact the college and community.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars
- Cook up and coordinate Board of Trustees meetings and communications
- Prepare reports and executive correspondence
- Maintain official records
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support strategic projects
- Oversee office operations
- Facilitate communication
- Organize events
- Support governance processes
- Provide critical information that informs executive decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and four years of full-time equivalent, progressively responsible administrative support experience, including experience supporting an executive, senior leader, or governing board
- Valid driver's license required

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A talent for building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Diplomatic, resourceful, and customer-focused
- Able to navigate sensitive situations, maintain strict confidentiality, and represent the President’s Office with professionalism and integrity

Pay
- Starting pay range: $59,888 - $71,865
- Pay Grade: P7

- Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00
- Fri 7:30-2:30
