The Opportunity
- Manage complex, competing calendars for the CEO and CFO — proactively resolving conflicts, protecting deep-work time, and anticipating scheduling needs before they arise
- Own end-to-end travel coordination including flights, ground transport, accommodations, and contingency planning across investor meetings, off-sites, and conferences
- Triage, prioritize, and draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO and CFO — matching their voice and standard, requiring minimal editing before sending
- Prepare pre-meeting briefings, background research, and post-meeting action capture — ensuring leadership walks into every room prepared
- Own the full lifecycle of quarterly board meetings in collaboration with PE partner administrative team— scheduling across investor and independent director calendars, coordinating materials, managing virtual or in-person logistics, and tracking follow-up items post-meeting
- Manage cross-functional projects and commitments on behalf of leadership — tracking deliverables, driving follow-up, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Identify and build operational systems and workflows that reduce friction for the executive team
What You Bring
- 7+ years supporting C-suite executives, ideally CEO and/or CFO simultaneously
- Proven ability to manage competing, high-urgency priorities without dropping commitments
- Direct board meeting support experience
- Experience with investor relations logistics and communication protocols
- Private equity, investment banking, or financial services background strongly preferred
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change typical of PE-backed growth companies
- Demonstrated experience managing distributed, multi-time zone workflows
- Exceptional written communication — capable of drafting executive-level correspondence
Pay
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 annually DOE.
