Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for assigned executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, often handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and emails, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as requested by executives.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and take initiative to address them, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate office logistics and supplies for executive offices as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of executive administrative support experience, preferably supporting C-level executives or multiple VPs in a fast-paced technology company.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
- Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Experience with travel booking platforms and expense reporting systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay
Compensation Range: $90,240 - $130,000
