The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant - C-Suite to partner directly with our Chief People Officer (CPO), with additional collaboration across the C-suite. This is a high-visibility position at the heart of our executive team, supporting the CPO and partnering across senior leadership.

What will you be responsible for?

  • CPO Partnership & Executive Support
    • Act as a key partner to the CPO, aligning time, focus and priorities with strategic objectives
    • Manage a complex and evolving schedule, ensuring alignment with business needs
    • Anticipate requirements, proactively address conflicts, and enable effective forward planning
  • Executive Operations & Planning
    • Support the planning and delivery of leadership cadences (e.g. Executive meetings, business reviews, planning cycles)
    • Prepare clear, well-structured briefing materials to support decision-making
    • Track key actions and ensure timely follow-up across stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
    • Build effective working relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders globally
    • Coordinate communication across functions with clarity and consistency
    • Draft materials and communications on behalf of the CPO as required
  • Coordination & Delivery
    • Support the execution of cross-functional initiatives, leadership offsites, and key business activities
    • Maintain oversight of priorities and ensure alignment across teams
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working within the executive office
  • Judgement & Discretion
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
    • Apply sound judgement in managing priorities and navigating day-to-day decisions

  • Experience supporting C-suite leaders in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • The ability to manage complex priorities and work independently
  • Strong organizational awareness and understanding of business context
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build effective, professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Confidence in handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
