Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and resolve conflicts for multiple managers and teams.
  • Coordinate and prioritize internal and external meetings.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as time entry, mailings, and expense reports.
  • Arrange conference rooms, video/conference details, IT support, and security badges.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including logistics and travel & expense reports.
  • Edit, format, and prepare presentations for meetings, ensuring proper distribution and confidentiality.
  • Print and bind presentations for attendees and facilitate secure information flow.
  • Organize team-building events and employee engagement opportunities.
  • Field inquiries and respond to urgent issues.
  • Perform ad hoc errands and requests.
  • Get involved with executive support and project management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals, including C-level executives.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A positive and collaborative attitude, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact with senior leaders and manage simultaneous projects.
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio).

Pay Information

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of New York. The pay range for this position is $88,000 - $121,000 USD per year.

Physical Requirements

The position requires working in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The position may require lifting up to 15 pounds.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be willing to execute Corient’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
