Job Overview
Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant in Middlesex County, MA for a client's organization. This role provides executive-level support to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership by managing communications, priorities, and day-to-day operations while anticipating business needs and ensuring seamless executive support.
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, resolve scheduling conflicts, prepare agendas and presentations, and oversee meeting logistics and follow-up actions.
- Cook up and lead planning for executive travel, meetings, offsites, town halls, and team events.
- Process expense reports, manage purchase orders, coordinate vendor relationships, reconcile invoices, and support administrative workflows using enterprise systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, maintain collaboration platforms, coordinate executive communications, and manage special projects that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence while handling confidential information with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, vice presidents, general managers, or senior marketing leaders within a corporate environment is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting executives within global, high-growth, or matrixed organizations is required. Experience leading executive projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and managing international scheduling is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet is required. Experience with Concur, SAP, and other enterprise business systems is highly preferred.
