About the Opportunity
The Senior Executive Administrator will provide primary executive support to the CEO and assist other members of the Executive Leadership Team as needed. This role is critical in helping leadership stay organized, aligned, and prepared during periods of change by managing priorities, facilitating communication, and ensuring operational clarity. The position primarily operates remotely with occasional travel for key meetings.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts for the CEO and other executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Provide proactive, remote-first executive support
- Prepare for high-stakes leadership events such as Board meetings and executive offsites
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and logistics
- Develop and improve systems to streamline recurring processes such as travel planning and meeting preparations
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of senior executive assistant experience supporting a CEO or business unit leader
- Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent prioritization and organizational abilities
- Expertise in managing complex calendars across time zones
- Proven ability to provide high-quality support in a remote environment
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for important in-person events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating across international time zones
- Background in planning leadership offsites, board meetings, and executive meetings
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance work efficiency
