Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering revenue and achieve sales targets
- Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate catering clients, event planners, wedding planners, and industry partners
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring a seamless event experience for clients and their guests
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the event planning process
