Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual events strategy aligned to business goals, demand generation priorities, and key industry moments.
- Define clear objectives, audience targeting, and success metrics for each event, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales priorities.
- Partner with the Growth, GTM, and Product teams to identify event opportunities that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Manage the full event lifecycle including concept, planning, budgeting, creative, logistics, measurement, and post-event follow-up.
- Leverage predictive AI and historical event data to model attendee persona, optimize session scheduling, and forecast event-driven pipeline growth.
- Lead strategy and execution for Treasure AI’s owned events (e.g., Agentic World) and major industry sponsorships (e.g., AWS re:Invent, Brandweek, NRF).
- Manage booth design, speaking sessions, and on-site engagement to ensure a cohesive brand experience and maximize ROI.
- Oversee relationships with event organizers, agencies, vendors, and production partners to ensure seamless, high-quality delivery.
- Integrate AI-powered experiences, interactive demos, or conversational workspace tools into physical booths to scale on-site engagement.
- Plan and execute high-impact field events, including executive dinners, roundtables, and invite-only customer experiences.
- Lead Treasure AI’s participation in key industry conferences, trade shows, and media events to expand brand visibility and generate qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Demand Generation teams to identify and execute events that engage decision-makers and support pipeline goals.
- Ensure every event reflects Treasure AI’s brand excellence, delivers measurable ROI, and deepens relationships with customers and prospects.
- Query and extract precise target account data from Treasure Work to identify high-value local prospects and personalize outreach for exclusive field experiences.
- Drive event workstreams, timelines, and Asana project plans across internal stakeholders.
- Partner with creative, content, and digital marketing teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence across all event touchpoints.
- Collaborate with RevOps to track event-influenced pipeline, lead quality, and ROI.
- Maintain strong internal communication rhythms, including weekly updates, RAG dashboards, and post-event executive summaries.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and accurate financial forecasting.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with venues, agencies, and vendors.
- Track spend and ensure compliance with finance and procurement policies.
- Define clear KPIs for each event (e.g., registrations, attendance, influenced opportunities, satisfaction, ROI).
- Analyze post-event results to identify performance insights and improvement opportunities.
- Continuously refine event strategy, experience design, and measurement practices to enhance impact and efficiency.
- Use AI data-cleaning capabilities to rapidly normalize attendee spreadsheets post-event, cleanly syncing unified interaction data back into Treasure Work and HubSpot for immediate outbound routing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B event management, field marketing, or experiential marketing for a technology or SaaS company.
- Proven success managing large-scale conferences, partner events, and executive experiences.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to align multiple stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and event management tools (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, Cvent, Asana).
- Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline attribution, and event ROI measurement.
- Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to streamline event planning, campaign workflows, attendee engagement, and post-event reporting.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing and personalization strategies, including audience segmentation, predictive targeting, and conversational experiences.
- Ability to use AI-enabled insights and analytics to optimize event performance, lead quality, pipeline influence, and customer engagement.
- Experience integrating AI into event operations, including project management workflows, attendee communications, and executive reporting.
- Comfortable experimenting with emerging AI technologies to improve efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
